At this stage in our business, all orders are packed and shipped by the sole operator of VASSA. Please be patient. The more orders that come in, the sooner I can outsource shipping and improve all facets of the customer experience. Until then, this is how it works...
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. You'll receive an email updating the status of your order once items have been shipped.
For all domestic (USA) orders we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $150. Orders under $150 have 2 shipping options:
- A flat rate of $5. Orders ship from California, and generally arrive in 3-5 days. If you're on the east coast, add a couple extra days, but we typically see 4-6 days on ground. Refer to your tracking email for location & updates.
- 2-Day Shipping: $10 flat rate. Please allow 1 business day to process & pack the order, and 2 business days for items to arrive.
*If your order is over $150 and you’d still like 2-day shipping, you must pay the $10 flat rate. Standard ground shipping is the only option available for free shipping*
We ship to the shipping address provided and entered by the customer on the order. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. We can ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses. Shipments returned to VASSA as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request.
Pre-Sale Orders will ship as soon as inventory is received, logged and organized. You will be notified once your label is created, and tracking will be available shortly after in the link provided
We currently offer shipping to most locations worldwide. We ship using USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx or DHL Express. Shipment will default to the most affordable rate.
Prices vary based on the destination country.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Customers outside of the US are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to VASSA please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges of any unworn merchandise within thirty (30) days of the original order's arrival. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must retain any labels attached to the garment. Try on the garment and get a feel for the fit, however, running/ jumping/sweating for a day or two is less cool.
Merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging. We will not accept returned goods that don't have all tags, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges ship free. Please allow a few days from the time we receive a return to process the refund, or send out the exchanged items.
Returns & Exchanges Process
To make a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
- 1. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We must receive this email within thirty (30) days of original order's arrival in order to accept the return.
- 2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and returns & exchanges form with the necessary return shipping information.
- 3. Please print and fill out the returns & exchanges form.
- 4. Package the items that you wish to return. Include the filled out returns & exchanges form in the package and adhere the shipping label to the outside of the package.
- 5. If you are making a return, a credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles of our receiving the returned merchandise and approving the return. If you are making an exchange, your exchanged merchandise will be shipped to you via ground shipping.
- 6. All exchanges are shipped for FREE in the USA. International exchanges will be charged the rate to send out new items.
