Ordered the wrong item? Need a different size? Or unfortunately aren't happy with your purchase?  You've come to the right place.

Exchanges


Wrong size, or fit isn't quite right. We have a quick and easy way to get you in the right size. Follow this link to begin your exchange:  https://vassa-clothing.loopreturns.com/#/ 

  • Once shipped, it should take 3-6 days for us to receive your exchange. Another 2 days to process and ship out the new item(s). And another 3-6 days for that shipment to deliver. Depending on how far from our office in California you are, expect about 8-14 days. Thanks for your patience!

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or process an exchange!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is within the timeline, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Once shipped, it should take 3-6 days for us to receive your return. Another 2 days to process and return the item(s). And another 2-3 business days for the refund to clear back into your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items bought in Pre-sale. We will however exchange the ordered item at the value of your charge. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
